But it's extremely glamorous to me. ## Constance Lau in Time Taken to Make a Dress ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2018/08/shutterstock_9782503g-1533748322.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Variety/REX/Shutterstock (9782503g) Constance Lau 'Crazy Rich Asians' film premiere, Arrivals, Los Angeles, USA - 07 Aug 2018 This is really cool; [she mentioned on her Instagram ](https://www.instagram.com/p/BmNlQLLApfV/?hl=en&taken-by=constancelaujm&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)that this dress was custom made in Singapore (where the movie is set) by [Time Taken to Make a Dress](https://timetakentomakeadress.com/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). She called it "a modern take on the Cheongsam in Singapore colours to represent my home." ## Carmen Soo in Melinda Looi Couture ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2018/08/shutterstock_9782851b-1533748336.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stewart Cook/REX/Shutterstock (9782851b) Carmen Soo 'Crazy Rich Asians' film premiere, Arrivals, Los Angeles, USA - 07 Aug 2018 I don't have a credit for this dress's designer yet, but I'll update it when I track it down; in short, I LOVE this. \[UPDATED: Got it, in the caption title.\] ## Jing Lusi in Fabiana Milazzo ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2018/08/shutterstock_9785134aa-1533748565.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by MediaPunch/REX/Shutterstock (9785134aa) Jing Lusi 'Crazy Rich Asians' film premiere, Arrivals, Los Angeles, USA - 07 Aug 2018 This is ALSO great. I told you this premiere was sartorially successful! (It's also *interesting*\-- a lot of pattern, and a lot of color.) ## Jon M Chu ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2018/08/shutterstock_9782851t-1533748426.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stewart Cook/REX/Shutterstock (9782851t) Jon M. Also, he's handsome. (I kinda feel like, "also, he's handsome" should just be implied about all the men in this movie.) ## Pierre Png ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2018/08/shutterstock_9782867b-1533748441.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Eric Charbonneau/REX/Shutterstock (9782867b) Pierre Png Warner Bros.
