Do we *need* [an origin story for Cruella de Vil?](https://variety.com/2019/film/news/emma-thompson-cruella-emma-stone-disney-1203215057/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) TBD, although it is directed by Craig Gillespie, who did *I, Tonya*, which DOES intrigue me (and good for him for getting that Disney IP cash). But in all honesty, this trailer at least *looks* good from a visual perspective:

Do I have any sense of the story other than that Emma Stone is bad and make a really dramatic hair choice at some point and also drives around London a lot, also Emma Thompson and Kirby Howell-Baptiste are there? No. Is that perhaps enough to get me to watch this movie? Let's be honest: Probably yes.
