This is GREAT on her. (If it looks familiar to you, Kate Middleton wore something very similar to the BAFTAs a few years ago, albeit by the hand of McQueen.) Very bridal but extremely classic and pretty.

I LOVE this dress -- all of the photos of Anne wearing it are kinda off-center or weird, presumably because people were still really nailing down the classic red carpet pose. But it is great.

Of course she wore Prada. Why they opted for Bride at her Third Courthouse House Wedding is a whole other question.

Beatrice Borromeo and Valentino

I just thought you should know that current Monaco royal Beatrice Borromeo and Valentino were also at this premiere, in coordinating looks. (She WAS a model at this point and also her uncle was the chairman of Valentino's board; also, fun fact, he did the dress for the civil service when she got married.) I must confess...I hate this dress.

Stanley Tucci and wife Kate

They look nice! This is Tucci's first wife, Kate, who tragically died of breast cancer three years after this. (If you're keeping score, the infamous Tucci/Edie Falco affair was in 2002. Tucci and Felicity Blunt married in 2012.) I was VERY into those shoes circa this time period as well.
