Meghan has a GREAT Pleasant Listening Face. Who even knows what she's actually thinking about -- the person speaking; what she wants to have for dinner; how Serena is going to do at Wimbledon -- but her face is very Pleasant Active Listening, and that is a gift. I always look like I'm thinking about how much I want to murder everyone around me EVEN WHEN I DON'T.

This Prada is very appropriate and pretty; I like the slightly asymetrical skirt, which I think keeps it from being TOO staid?

Here is a better, full-on look. (Because people always ask, the shoes are Aquazzura -- she LOVES Aquazzura shoes! -- and the bow at the heel is charming. The bag is also Prada, and as you can see in the previous photo, it has pink detailing to match the dress.)

I hope I get access to an even larger, full-group shot later, because everyone here looks great, but for now, you can see the whole group on the Royal Family's Twitter. (The woman next to Meghan looks fantastic, and so does the woman behind the Queen. Also the woman next to her, and the woman next to her. Also the women on the other side, and...well, basically, everyone.) This shot also illustrates why I suspect Meghan chose this exact skirt: Because of how it was going to photograph in the formal, official picture from this event. It looks GREAT seated.
