[W reports that](https://www.wmagazine.com/culture/jessica-chastain-drag-queens-the-eyes-of-tammy-faye-premiere?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) "Chastain posed with a group of New York City-based drag queens, who also dressed for the vintage theme of the night. The group included former Ru Paul’s Drag Race contestant Scarlet Envy, as well as The Countess Mascara, Marti Gould Cummings, Pattaya Hart, Blake Deadly, The Blair Bitch, Jasmine Rice LaBeija, and Nancy No Good." I do NOT know if any of these queens have a Tammy Faye in their regular repertoire, but I'm sure someone reading this does know the answer to that and I hope you'll let us know in the comments! This is fun. (Tammy Faye, in real life, was very supportive of the LGBTQ community, and used to refer to herself as "the ultimate drag queen." Ru Paul narrated the document that this film is based on, if I recall correctly?) ## Peter Sarsgaard and Maggie Gyllenhaal ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12444934l-1631737302.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock (12444934l) Actors Peter Sarsgaard, left, and Maggie Gyllenhaal attend the premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye" at the SVA Theatre, in New York NY Premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye", New York, United States - 14 Sep 2021 Do we think the Sarsgaard/Gyllenhaals originally bonded over their shared double "a"s? Anyway, they're both into PJ-adjacent jams at the moment. ## Erin Richards ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12445048d-1631737325.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Kristin Callahan/Shutterstock (12445048d) Erin Richards 'The Eyes of Tammy Faye' film premiere, Arrivals, New York, USA - 14 Sep 2021 Likewise PJ-ish. ## Isabelle Huppert ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12444934w-1631737314.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock (12444934w) French actress Isabelle Huppert attends the premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye" at the SVA Theatre, in New York NY Premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye", New York, United States - 14 Sep 2021 I'm sure SOMEONE sleeps in a pantsuit, but I doubt she does. This is nice! ## Jeremy Scott ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12445048h-1631737337.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Kristin Callahan/Shutterstock (12445048h) Jeremy Scott 'The Eyes of Tammy Faye' film premiere, Arrivals, New York, USA - 14 Sep 2021 This is sincerely amazing. I have no idea how he did this -- the fabric is printed, clearly, but it's extremely cool how he looks like he's wearing a drawing. ## Rachel Zegler ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12445081am-1631737349.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock (12445081am) Actress Rachel Zegler attends the premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye" at the SVA Theatre, in New York NY Premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye", New York, United States - 14 Sep 2021 She looks fine but it's hard to follow a man who is like a living cartoon! (She's the new Maria in Spielberg's remake of West Side Story. Or, I suppose, it's more correct to call it merely his adaptation thereof.) ## Cherry Jones ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12445575a-1631737372.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (12445575a) Cherry Jones 'The Eyes of Tammy Faye' film premiere, Arrivals, New York, USA - 14 Sep 2021 This feels soothingly correct! ## Amy Hargreaves ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12445081m-1631737360.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock (12445081m) Actress Amy Hargreaves attends the premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye" at the SVA Theatre, in New York NY Premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye", New York, United States - 14 Sep 2021 This is reasonable and now I know that she and Chastain REALLY look alike. To the point where I assumed she was in this movie playing her sister. But she's not! She's just a guest! Wow, what a JOURNEY. ## Sharon Stone ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12444934b-1631737290.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Evan Agostini/Invision/AP/Shutterstock (12444934b) Actress Sharon Stone attends the premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye" at the SVA Theatre, in New York NY Premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye", New York, United States - 14 Sep 2021 And then Sharon Stone showed up! I see, after a quick break to look amazing in Thom Browne at the Met, she has returned to the land of Ugh D&G. [Jessica Chastain Was Not The Only Person Who Came to the Eyes of Tammy Faye PremiereI mean, obviously.![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2021/09/shutterstock_editorial_12444805cw-1631737272-scaled.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/jessica-chastain-was-not-the-only-person-who-came-to-the-eyes-of-tammy-faye-premiere-09-2021/)
