He looks great. Also, only Colman Domingo could make rust-colored pants and a ruffled pink shirt look like easy, casual glam.

I laughed the most at him, I think, last season -- his character is a LOT but also his genuine earnestness was so endearing. I did not care for it when people were mean to him. I also do not care for the fact that it looks like his suit-birds are slowly dying.

Tina Fey and Will Forte

I don't love the whole "Mom and Dad are here" construct, but... Mom and Dad are here. (They play a married couple. They have NO chemistry, but they are both people I like to watch so I rolled with it.) Tina looks great.

Erika Henningsen

She plays Steve Carell's younger girlfriend, and she's very good -- the show gives that character a good amount of dignity, which I appreciated, until her same-age friends showed up and were super annoying. Anyway, credit to her...

Erika Henningsen, Tina Fey and Kerri Kenney-Silver

... but it also makes me giggle because the clash in the show is that she's generationally a step back from the rest of them and the outfit reinforces that perfectly. Kerri, meanwhile, really needs a necklace and a hoik.

The Four Seasons Got A Second One
Somehow.
