This is hilariously perplexing to me.

In a literal sense, I am perplexed. What IS this? It's like Judy Jetson's prom dress encased in a cozy little Chico's cocoon, or one of Sydney Bristow's costumes bursting out of a boring sweater dress like the alien bursting out of John Hurt in *Alien.* Does it transform into something? Because it looks like it ought to transform into some kind of contraption that allows you to leap safely off buildings -- like a dress-parachute. A dressachute. Some kind of futuristic transformative dressachute contraption. I guess you can't ding her for being boring. Or for being able to survive a leap off a skyscraper. That might be convenient.
