The Global Citizen Festival is a big concert designed to "[bring awareness and action to issues of world poverty and sustainability](https://www.msn.com/en-us/music/news/global-citizen-festival-2023-livestream-how-to-watch-jungkook-lauryn-hill-and-other-performances-online-free/ar-AA1h9ZMW?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)," which is great but also might be somewhat undone by the carbon footprint on that bad boy. Then again, I guess that could be true of anyone -- Cate Blanchett's outfit-recycling vs. her international red carpet appearances, for example -- so maybe I should be a tad less cynical and just enjoy an assemblage of celebrities -- and the fact that Sofia Carson, for one, has more stages on which to bring the fashion thunder.
