When I saw that this is Tory Burch, it made sense as to why it seems almost... matronly? Or at least like she's a preppy society dame. That's not a vibe I traditionally associate with her, and it's not one she should probe again.

She ALSO often looks matronly, and this is no exception even with the perky flowers. There's so much going on here that is swallowing her up, even though the dress is pretty. I'd like to see it on, say, a Nicole Kidman.

I love this photo because you NEVER see a celeb on the red carpet with a full-on laptop carryall. I wonder if it was... a freebie, from the event? That seems crazy.
