This is very floaty, but it feels like she's a paper doll and someone just plonked this on her and folded back the tabs. She's not styled for that dress. She's doing nothing with it, and that's too bad, because it's worth some effort.

I find this dress objectively hideous and INSANE and like something you would wear if you were Gloria Swanson and the pictures got small. And yet I also think Livia looks awesome in it, so... go figure.
