## Elisabeth Moss

This is just very, very good on her -- not overly chipper, given the heavy subject matter, but just jaunty enough to remind people that she was ACTING that whole time.

## Alexis Bledel

And this is grand. Oh, to be able to pull off a cropped little evening blazer like she does.

## Samira Wiley

And we're three-for-three, y'all. That lipstick seals it.

## Reed Morano

Reed directed three episodes, and is up for TWO Emmys: One for this, and one for her cinematography on the "Divorce" pilot. Let's hear it for the ladies.

## Ann Dowd

She is an all-star, between her work here and in *The Leftovers*. I will be honest and say that for some weird reason, my brain conflated her with Ann Cusack for a while. It's fixed now, and I love the hit of red in her shoe.
