Give the world the Idris-Regina steam it needs. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/10/shutterstock_editorial_12526099c-1633553975.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by David Fisher/Shutterstock (12526099c) Regina King and Idris Elba 'The Harder They Fall' photocall, BFI London Film Festival, UK - 06 Oct 2021 But that had better be an EXPENSIVE and SOFT sweatsuit, Idris. I do like that Regina's outfit reads fancy-casual -- it was styled thusly on the runway, too, and that's effective at an event where your co-star is going to show up in something he could as easily wear at home in shower shoes while watching THE DODGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ## Regina King in Louis Vuitton ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/10/shutterstock_editorial_12527071p-1633553984.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by VICKIE FLORES/EPA-EFE/Shutterstock (12527071p) Regina King attends the world premiere of 'The Harder They Fall' during the BFI London Film Festival at the Royal Festival Hall, in London, Britain, 06 October 2021\. The British Film Institute festival runs from 06 to 17 October 2021\. The Harder They Fall - BFI London Film Festival 2021, United Kingdom - 06 Oct 2021 This is a customized version of [a more casual outfit](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/louis-vuitton-fw-2021/vuitton-po-f21-025-1615784686?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- the bodice is all they kept, but I think the bodice also doesn't work very well on her? It makes her look lumpy. Ironically, the headline on that fashion show post praises LV's custom work but still worries about its runway offerings, and here the transition from one to the other was not very successful. ## Idris and Regina ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/10/GettyImages-1235734019-1633553914.jpg) LONDON, ENGLAND - OCTOBER 06: Regina King and Idris Elba attend the Opening Night Gala for "The Harder They Fall" during the 65th BFI London Film Festival at The Royal Festival Hall on October 6, 2021 in London, England. (Photo by David M. Benett/Dave Benett/Getty Images for Netflix) Interestingly, every single photo of him at this event credited him as Shawn Carter, not Jay-Z. (He produced this movie.) Is he going to use a different name for the music and the film biz? SURELY it's not just because the photographer didn't recognize him. As much as I always still expect him to have the suuuuuuuuuuuper close shave hair, that face could be none other than Jay-Z's, so maybe he did ask to be ID'd by his given name. ## Regé-Jean Page ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/10/GettyImages-1235732808-1633553924.jpg) LONDON, ENGLAND - OCTOBER 06: Rege-Jean Page attends the Opening Night Gala for "The Harder They Fall" during the 65th BFI London Film Festival at The Royal Festival Hall on October 6, 2021 in London, England. I appreciate an interesting suit so much, but that is a HEAVY load of beige plaid, and the jacket might be too big. ## Jonathan Majors, Jay-Z - Shawn Carter, Regina King, Jeymes Samuel, Idris Elba and James Lassiter ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/10/shutterstock_editorial_12526100db-1633553995.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by David Fisher/Shutterstock (12526100db) Jonathan Majors, Jay-Z - Shawn Carter, Regina King, Jeymes Samuel, Idris Elba and James Lassiter 'The Harder They Fall' premiere, BFI London Film Festival, UK - 06 Oct 2021 I saw this and thought, "That's a LOT of dudes and only one lady," but apparently Zazie Beetz is in this, also, and just must not have traveled overseas for any of these premieres (they're in London). Hopefully we'll get a moment from her when they fete it in the U.S. [Idris Elba is Getting to Hang Out With Regina KingThe good luck flows both ways.![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2021/10/shutterstock_editorial_12526099l-1633553964.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/idris-elba-is-getting-to-hang-out-with-regina-king-10-2021/)
