What a thrill this must be for Angie Thomas. I believe this was her first book, and look how it's caught fire. She looks beautiful. Amandla is SUCH a chameleon; one day they're in Erdem with a slicked-back bun, and the next, we have those beautiful curls and a space-age mini. My main beef is that the purple eye shadow is SO heavy that it almost makes Amandla's right eye look weighted down (less so in this pic, but in others; the only one I had available of them alone, and the full outfit, was strangely blurry from the neck down so I didn't license it). The detachable-looking sleeve is a bit odd, but the silver and the sparkle and the nifty collar all really work. I appreciate the adventurousness of it. As for Sabrina over there...

... I do not co-sigh on this weird neck piece, which looks like she tried to turn an old broken garter into a choker. This also, even despite its see-through patches and slits, somehow looks too old for her.
