The Hollywood Reporter Women in Entertainment Event

Issa Rae

So much of this is cute, but I find myself wishing the bedskirts around her upper arms would vanish. She'd be COLD, or colder at least, but I think the dress would be better.

Kelly Rowland in Akris

This is VERY close to good, but the blazer seems too baggy. If the pants are going to bell, shouldn't the rest be sleek?

Simone Biles

Whereas THIS looks a bit like she's a broadcasting major about to cover her first horse race. ON a horse.

Vera Farmiga

I feel like she needs to bend over, shake her head, and flip her hair up again. The rest is good, though -- very very Vera Farmiga. It's exactly how I picutre her, when called upon to do that.

Kat Graham

In this age of reboots and revivals, Kat Graham has begun campaining for a remake of the Seinfeld puffy shirt episode.

Genevieve Angelson

I heard "Good Girls Revolt" was, well, good, but it got unceremoniously cancelled. Boo. Maybe that distracted Genevieve sufficiently that she really did put his on backwards.

Eva Longoria

Gorgeous.

Felicity Huffman and Eva Longoria

I mean, a Desperate Housewives reunion can't be THAT far off Marc Cherry's tongue.

Tina Fey

The sleeves poking out of the blazer is awkward, maybe, but both pieces themselves are good. I miss you, Liz Lemon. How about a 30 Rock reunion that's a parody of reunion episodes?

Geena Davis

I am not sure what's happening on her feet. Or her legs, because there are some creases in places that make me assume those are hose, or... something. But, I'm glad we still have Geena Davis. I wish she'd made the Olympic archery squad all those years ago.

Maria Menounos

I love this dress and the shoes. Something about her smile looks slightly different to me. Fuller lips?

Shiri Appleby in Thai Nguyen

Between her and Tina, in particular, I think the lighting at this event made a lot of people look weirdly... well, just weird. Overly matte, maybe, or a degree or two blown-out, or tired. I can't put my finger on it. I like the outfit, though.

Michelle Monaghan

SO CUTE.

Constance Zimmer

I am always going to love Formal Pat Benatar tributes.

Kate Walsh

And then the general positive vibe came to a SCREECHING HALT. AAACK.

Jon Hamm

And then Jon Hamm showed up, being... Full Jon Hamm, if you feel it -- um, I mean me. If you feel me.
