This...is not good. Her pixie looks like a bowl cut, and I'm quite sure I wore this entire outfit in 1984\. I was nine. I appreciate that she's casual, the way the men are, but there's casual and then there's juvenile.

## Claire Foy in 16Arlington

16Arlington is a new British line, and this is...fine, right? But it's VERY Mara-ian, and while I think you could make the argument that it was being in *Dragon Tattoo* that turned Rooney Mara into the celebrity she is today, and ergo this is on brand for the film, I feel like you want to distinguish yourself from the previous actor when you're stepping into an iconic role. Right?

[I suspect you saw this earlier in the post we did for this event,](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/varietys-actors-on-actors-2018/variety-actors-on-actors-presented-by-shutterstock-day-1-los-angeles-usa-28-apr-2018-16?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) but I just had to reiterate how Rooney-ish it feels when taken with the rest of her recent body of work.

## Claire Foy and Vanessa Kirby

Claire Foy, left, and Vanessa Kirby arrive at the "The Crown" FYC event at the Saban Media Center at the Television Academy, in Los Angeles "The Crown" FYC Event, Los Angeles, USA - 27 Apr 2018

This was an event celebrating The Crown, and they got to flip a coin to decide who got to go monochromatic.
