This was the Ischia Rising Star Awards, which as far as I can tell is a sort of mid-market summer film event that a lot of people agree to attend because (a) it's flattering to get an award! and (b) they give it to you in Italy and everyone wants a reason to head to Italy for a couple of weeks. This is generally good but could also fit better?
