She looks like a furry molar in a Rockettes revue about dental hygiene.

This outfit confused me enough that I went back to get another photo of it. The fact that it looks like she's wearing kitten-heel Isotoners is bad enough, but I regret to inform you that those DO appear to be bike shorts.

The rest seems to be a swingy leather poncho and... a bubble skirt? A giant blouse? This outfit feels like a sentence written with random words in no particular order, like, I don't know, "Gargle fox smart tooth flies!"

... I liked the coat BETTER when I thought the jeweled bit was attached to it, but that might be the neck of the shirt? Which has that whole silly harness cut. And which I THINK is the top half of the next picture...

The top on this seems a hair too small, maybe, but it's also at least not an outfit made of underpants.
