This outfit confused me enough that I went back to get another photo of it. The fact that it looks like she's wearing kitten-heel Isotoners is bad enough, but I regret to inform you that those DO appear to be bike shorts.

The rest seems to be a swingy leather poncho and... a bubble skirt? A giant blouse? This outfit feels like a sentence written with random words in no particular order, like, I don't know, "Gargle fox smart tooth flies!"
