## Quinta Brunson in custom Dundas

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Earl Gibson III/Shutterstock (13782521gq) Quinta Brunson 54th NAACP Image Awards, Arrivals, Los Angeles, California, USA - 25 Feb 2023

Quinta has had a much better start to the year, and this is continuing that rollicking pace, EXCEPT that it's custom and so I can't figure out why it's so pinchy on her chest. This is the stuff "custom" is supposed to solve.

## Viola in custom Dior

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783725pm-1677531289.jpg)

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Image Press Agency/NurPhoto/Shutterstock (13783725pm) Viola Davis wearing custom Christian Dior and DeBeers jewelry and carrying Rodo arrives at the 54th Annual NAACP Image Awards held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on February 25, 2023 in Pasadena, Los Angeles, California, United States. 54th Annual NAACP Image Awards - Arrivals, Pasadena Civic Auditorium, Pasadena, Los Angeles, California, United States - 25 Feb 2023

THIS is a dream. Deceptively simple -- I think achieving the perfection of that drape is really hard, and Viola and team styled it so, so well. I love her.

## Janelle James in Siriano

Speaking of people I love. This is sexy and super.

## Serena

The GOAT deserves a dress that doesn't look like it busted open on her way over.

## Danielle Pinnock

Fabulous! I love her energy and her glam.

## Tracee Ellis Ross in Brandon Maxwell

This is so understated, but chic -- Tracee and Karla Welch have gone through some wacky periods together, and it's fun to see that they can do something simpler just as effectively as they can experiment.

## Kerry Washington in Fendi

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783725ar-1677531169.jpg)

I remain underwhelmed by Law's choices for her.

## Janelle Monae in custom Cong Tri

This is another custom joint that fits her very precisely. As it should.

## Yara Shahidi in Giambattista Valli from 2017

Cute, but... those shoes are a bit of a punt, right?

## Austin Scott

I debated where to put this, because the pattern is bold, but the color palette is not. But the DETAILING. It could have gone in either post. I love it.

## Tyler James Williams

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783361dd-1677531107.jpg)

This is foxy, and also, the pant length reminds me of what happens to me now every two months when I look at the jeans I JUST BOUGHT the beans and they're suddenly just not quiiiiite right.

## Method Man

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783725jl-1677531249.jpg)

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Image Press Agency/NurPhoto/Shutterstock (13783725jl) Method Man (Clifford Smith, Jr.) arrives at the 54th Annual NAACP Image Awards held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on February 25, 2023 in Pasadena, Los Angeles, California, United States. 54th Annual NAACP Image Awards - Arrivals, Pasadena Civic Auditorium, Pasadena, Los Angeles, California, United States - 25 Feb 2023

He is a handsome gent, and his pants ALSO might be too short? Or is this just the part where I beg for socks again? I don't know. My broken records are many.

## Tenoch Huerta

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783725pg-1677531279.jpg)

I cannot say I am hot for this pant length EITHER, but the boots with them at least make it look more purposeful.

## Deon Cole

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783361dl-1677531117.jpg)

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Richard Shotwell/Invision/AP/Shutterstock (13783361dl) Deon Cole arrives at the 54th NAACP Image Awards, at the Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Calif 54th NAACP Image Awards - Arrivals, Pasadena, United States - 25 Feb 2023

I like the coat better than the trousers.

Bre-Z was on Empire, and I completely forgot that -- it's wild how HUGE that show was at one point, and it just sort of disappeared into the sands of time. This jacket is impressive.

## Shalom Obiago, Kennedy Stephens

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783361fd-1677531146.jpg)

I'm curious about the shoes, but they don't quite go with this outfit. I'm also curious about the sleeves, and what outfit they started life with, because surely it was not this one.

## Damson Idris

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783725cu-1677531189.jpg)

Mayor Bass, looking lovely in that cape! Well played.

Left Boob might be getting evicted from the Big Brother house.

## Dominique Thorne

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783725nf-1677531269.jpg)

The bodice kinda lost steam here.

## Blac Chyna

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783725q-1677531299.jpg)

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Image Press Agency/NurPhoto/Shutterstock (13783725q) American model and socialite Blac Chyna arrives at the 54th Annual NAACP Image Awards held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on February 25, 2023 in Pasadena, Los Angeles, California, United States. 54th Annual NAACP Image Awards - Arrivals, Pasadena Civic Auditorium, Pasadena, Los Angeles, California, United States - 25 Feb 2023

Other than being part of the Kardashian Cinematic Universe and losing a $100 million defamation lawsuit against them, I have lost the plot on what Blac Chyna does, outside of producing what her Wikipedia says is "pornographic content for OnlyFans." But this is the nicest thing I've ever seen her wear. The color is super, I like the pixie, and the cut is like a sexy 80s situation that works when you have been on a soap opera yourself (again, the Kards shows).

## Shannon Thornton in Tony Ward (from 2022) and Elarica Johnson

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783799cl-1677531309.jpg)

These are both nice, but WHEW, Elarica is killing that green suit.

## Morris Chestnut, Harold Perrineau, Taye Diggs, and Terrence Howard

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/02/shutterstock_editorial_13783439az-1677531157.jpg)

It's the men of The Best Man! And they all delivered, although Morris and Terence get the style edge here for me.
