Polished and fun, but not ultimately that memorable. All in all, the look of a woman who knows she's not winning. ## Taylor Russell in Loewe ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/03/shutterstock_editorial_13791250cv-1678067517.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by CraSH/imageSPACE/Shutterstock (13791250cv) Taylor Russell The Independent Spirit Awards, Arrivals, Los Angeles, California, USA - 04 Mar 2023 I realized this was her without even seeing her head, which says a lot about her personal branding (and her body language on the red carpet). This is good -- she wears Loewe well, which is a blessing given that she's a friend of the brand. ## Aubrey Plaza in Saint Laurent ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/03/shutterstock_editorial_13791250dg-1678067541.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by CraSH/imageSPACE/Shutterstock (13791250dg) Aubrey Plaza The Independent Spirit Awards, Arrivals, Los Angeles, California, USA - 04 Mar 2023 She looks great in this; it's perfect for the event. ## Jenny Slate in Thom Browne ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/03/shutterstock_editorial_13791250ee-1678067563.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by CraSH/imageSPACE/Shutterstock (13791250ee) Jenny Slate The Independent Spirit Awards, Arrivals, Los Angeles, California, USA - 04 Mar 2023 VERY cute. ## Simona Tabasco in vintage Jean Paul Gaultier ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/03/shutterstock_editorial_13791250lc-1678067752.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by CraSH/imageSPACE/Shutterstock (13791250lc) Simona Tabasco The Independent Spirit Awards, Arrivals, Los Angeles, California, USA - 04 Mar 2023 Simple, vintage, perfect.
