## Margot Robbie in Saint Laurent

This whole look is great, and cool, and slouchy... and also almost slithery. This darkly sexy vibe works well on her. I just wish she'd finished her hair. The tousled look blows from artfully tousled to just flat-out messy VERY quickly, and I think the winds of doom took her.

## Rachel Weisz in Saint Laurent

The idea of this is pleasantly disco, but the shape makes her waist look weirdly swollen. I am pretty sure Rachel Weisz's waist did not suffer any kind of sprain or massive insect bite, so... I'm going to land on "bad pick."

## Reese Witherspoon in Oscar de la Renta

I really enjoy that the gold almost looks like a continuation of her hair, Rapunzel-style. But the dress ITSELF is also strangely frumpy on her.

## Nicole Kidman in Altuzarra

Nicole is FEELING HERSELF, I think. (And rightly.) Here we have another nice but not ideal situation, as has been almost all of this slideshow. I like the gunmetal shade and some of the bodice detailing, and those shoes are so sexy that I think they are seducing me. But the slit seems clumsy and it DOES look like a formal nightgown, for when your pajama parties have a red carpet. As they so often do.

I never really processed their height difference until right now. It is a full head. The photo almost looks like Nicole's dropping her daughter off at college. Except... more glitz.

## Mary J. Blige

SO CLOSE. Mary J is a queen who can own a winged snake beast crawling across her chest. For sure. But the slit is really more like only two-thirds of a skirt. Less is more, y'all. Make the slit less, and you get so much MORE overall impact.
