While everyone else is taking a beat, Halsey is like THIS IS MY TIME TO SHINE!!!!!! This is very dramatic and fun on them; they look like some fabulously detailed antique furniture come to life and that is a compliment. Is this over the top? Of course. But it is also Cannes.

It's so good in motion, it's VERY 1980s Nighttime Drama Gala. Perfect in case Halsey needs to throw someone down the stairs.
