I would NEVER have pegged that as Valentino. The proportions are all over the place in a way that might work on a runway but not in real life, and a) I think it's pants, and b) that is some weak-ass leather if her nipple is poking through it that hard.

Interestingly, this was shown as a dress -- with that same hem -- and Jessica clearly was like EFF THAT, MY UPPER THIGHS ARE MY OWN PRIVATE KINGDOM, so she put on pants. I might've just gone to Bloomies and tried again.
