This is what a former boss of mine would call Much of a Muchness, but Kelly, one of America's last remaining living true treasures, can surely carry off a bit of a fringe-y arm.

This was a bit boring when we saw it originally, from the waist-up, but those AMAZING purple boots really sell this; it might be one of Hailee's best looks in recent memory.

I have notes, and they are that this is GREAT from the waist up, and a dated mess from the waist down. STOP STICKING YOU LEG OUT, and that capsy scream is dedicated to everyone on any red carpet until the end of time.
