First: As I've mentioned in Drinks With Broads, [enjoying Tom Cruise is one of my Toxic Traits.](https://drinkswithbroads.substack.com/p/from-benana-to-anatommy-no-thats) BUT LISTEN, THIS MAN MAKES A GOOD ACTION MOVIE! I also appreciate that he made a video specifically telling people how to turn off motion-smoothing and his Insta last week was all telling folks to see *Sinners* in the theatre. He's an imperfect creature! Don't marry him! But I *will* go see a *Mission: Impossible* in the theatre *and* I'm sorry but *Top Gun: Maverick* was MY best picture that year!! (Okay, I'm not mad about *Everything Everywhere All at Once*.) Anyway, all of that is to say that I appreciate that we're getting a big press push for the last *M:I* and I especially appreciate that Pom Klementieff is still doing her thing.
