It seems as though it was very warm in New York on this day, and I wonder if that accounts for the fact that she looks like she is actively wilting -- a real rarity with her. (To be clearer. The head-styling may have missed the mark regardless of heat; I think slicking back her short hair and letting the dress be the primary source of drama would have been ideal. (To be clear: The actual dress portion works fine.)

Seen from the back: the wig is a giant frayed braid. It doesn't work and it detracts from the gown, for me.

However, as usual, she found a way to serve excellent face regardless. It just took some wind.

Not usually a fan of the boob cups in the corset, but overall this shimmers in a delicious way on her. She looks immaculate.

The shoes with the weird curled-up toes are throwing me off, but otherwise this is pretty hot. I am obsessed with this phase of her bob -- it's looked SO good for the last several months. I would love to march in somewhere with a kick-ass bob and that lip and her Suffer No Fools vibe.

I was hoping she'd turn out to be in this movie, but her next project is Matchbox: The Movie, which sadly isn't by Christopher Nolan but I think I'd appreciate him more if he DID take on projects based on toys (men tinkering with nukes don't count). She glows, even in this very bridesmaidy color.
