Matthew Goode, Miles Teller

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238dz) Matthew Goode and Miles Teller 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

These two play Robert Evans and Albert Ruddy, the producer on The Godfather (and developer of this series). Matthew looks very serious. Miles looks like he's at a cheesy singles bar in West Palm Beach. It's not that I don't like his outfit; it's just got a certain vibe.

Miles and Keleigh Sperry

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238ef) Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

Keleigh, his wife, looks... y'know. Generically Hollywood Semi-Nude. Between this and the finally forthcoming Top Gun, we're about to see a lot of Miles, who lost a bit of It Guy varnish afterthis infamous 2015 Esquire profile that opens by pondering whether Miles is a dick, and then provides a lot of supporting evidence. We'll see if these help.

Alex Karev plays Marlon Brando, which might be brilliant casting?

Matthew Goode with Sophie Dymoke

By the way, Matthew's wife attended, and looks great, and like you could hang out with her in the back of the party and be like, "This shit is WILD."

Meredith Garretson

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238bt) Meredith Garretson 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

Meredith is playing Ali MacGraw, was married to Robert Evans at this point. (The Godfather came out in 1972, the same year they got divorced, so we might get some of that dirt in here -- among what I'm sure are a few reasons for their split is that she had an affair with Steve McQueen on the set of The Getaway.) She certainly LOOKS like a good pick for this role.

Colin Hanks

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238fh) Colin Hanks 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

Colin plays what Variety describes as "Barry Lapidus, a Gulf & Western executive with a lot of power over Paramount Pictures." He absolutely got so much of Tom's DNA, to the point where whenever I see him in the trailer, I think how much casting directors must love that they have a SECOND Tom Hanks in their lifetimes.

Giovanni Ribisi

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238fy) Giovanni Ribisi 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

He plays a mob boss, with the help of some prosthetics. I always am a sucker for thick-framed glasses.

Nora Arnezeder

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238dt) Nora Arnezeder 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

She plays Francoise, Ruddy's/Miles's wife and a follower of the mystic Rajneesh. Wikipedia is a fascinating place. I like her dress.

Greer Grammer

This might need funkier shoes, and we could -- hear me out -- lose the elbow tourniquet. EDITED: A commenter notes that this may just be an "exuberant belt flap" and that does at least make more sense. Maybe my eyes just really wanted this to be weirder.

Michael Gandolfini

It makes sense that Tony Soprano's offspring would be in this. (He's playing a businessman who wants to buy Paramount.)

Patrick Gallo

This gentleman plays Mario Puzo, author of the tome. His jaunty neck scarf delights me.

Anthony Ippolito

Anthony plays Al Pacino! I hope he overacts it to the HILT. I think it should be the law.

Eric Balfour

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238ft) Eric Balfour 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

I first came to him in Six Feet Under, so I'm still always surprised when I see him grinning this wide. He's playing The Godfather's production designer, and whoever designed the production of his pants made them too short.

Stephanie Koenig

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238c) Stephanie Koenig 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

She's Andrea Eastman, the casting director. And this is a good midriff dress. Also, I love her hair color. It's the one I kept trying to get for a while, but it was too hard to maintain and I never quite nailed it anyway. LE SIGH. I don't really wear enough makeup to make it work, which is to say, any.

Michael Rispoli

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238fe) Michael Rispoli 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

You may know him from The Sopranos. But if you PRIMARILY know him as Sandra Bullock's neighbor Joe Jr. from While You Were Sleeping, you are absolutely correct. He gets to play mafioso Tommy Lucchese.

Lou Ferrigno

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238ck) Lou Ferrigno 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

Lenny Montana played Luca Brasi in The Godfather, and Lou gets to be him in this. That's a lot of L names. I am not unhappy about his jacket AT ALL.

Weston Cage

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238av) Weston Coppola Cage 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

Weston is playing James Caan. Just kidding. As Nic Cage's kid and thus a Coppola, may be there repping the Coppola family. I'm not sure.

Ross McCall

WHAT HO, SWEET LIEBGOTT. Not sure who he's playing -- the character is "Moran," and that's it -- but he looks totally acceptable. If your character only has one vague name, you definitely get to skip a tie.

Kirk Acevedo, Kiersten Warren

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238if) Kirk Acevedo, Kiersten Warren 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

And here comes Joe Toye. (I am very excited to watch Band of Brothers with my history-loving kids, in case you can't tell. WWII is Dylan's absolute jam.) He and Kiersten both absolutely understand the power of a jazzy shoe, and for that I thank them. But I think the moths got his t-shirt.

Danny Nucci

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238hg) Danny Nucci 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

Danny will always be, to me, Leo's friend in Titanic who didn't even get as far as the CHANCE to cede his spot on a floating door to a lady. (He's playing NY Congressman Mario Biaggi.)

Burn Gorman

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238iu) Burn Gorman 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

He's playing another Gulf & Western exec. I'd like to get him into some color.

Josh Zuckerman

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238hy) Josh Zuckerman 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

Josh plays former Variety EIC Peter Bart, though at the time of this movie, he was a producer at Paramount and he bought the Puzo novel to adapt. So I'm guessing he'll have a lot to do here.

Jane Seymour

Mark this down as another dress that would look good at a wedding. That's our second this week.

Adam Arkin and Phyllis Lyons

Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (12901238cl) Adam Arkin and Phyllis Lyons 'The Offer' TV Series premiere, Paramount Studios, Los Angeles, California, USA - 20 Apr 2022

These two may have met on the set of Chicago Hope, on which she guest starred a few times in 1995-97; they wed in 1998. But they divorced in 2013 and he married someone else five years ago, so... are they just amicable, or is Wikipedia way behind and we missed a detail? Anyway, they both look good.

Adriana Lima

Sure!

Arden Myrin

This is fab. This is a dress for all moods.

Rebecca Wisocky

This is like... 20 percent too psychedelic for me. I want to rejigger the top.

Derrick Baskin

It's not a premiere without a pink suit.

Garrett Clayton

"Ahhhh, yes. Zestfully clean!"

Oooh, We're Gonna Get Some Godfather Dirt In This New Series, Right?!?
The Offer is based on a producer's experiences.
