I don't totally have a read on this outfit because she didn't take off her coat, which suggests to me that SHE didn't have a read on it either. Is this just a t-shirt thrown under something formal to make it less Boobs?

She looks very nice, very appropriately understated for a movie about the gritty aftermath of suicide (perhaps that's why Blake has that t-shirt?), and very Amber Tamblyn.

I can't decide if this is cute, or slightly sloppy -- and it might be BOTH. If that's a blazer, I think it needs to fit better. If it's just a coatigan that she grabbed, well, we do what we can.

Janet McTeer

Janet is in the movie, and she looks very classy here. She always has a very reassuring vibe about her, like if I had a crisis, she would walk in the room and sit down and be like, "We're going to fix this, and I have ten ideas how, but first let's have a whiskey and I'll tell you some stories about working with Glenn Close and Ralph Fiennes and then we'll prank call Emma Thompson." I don't even like whiskey and I would accept one from her.

Jenna Lyons

I am glad Jenna left J. Crew before it went to this place, I guess. I do not and never did worship at the altar of Jenna Lyons -- not for any dark reasons; I just didn't get all the fuss -- but I have to admit, few others could make this work. None should try, unless they are Pink Ladies.
