I mean! She looks very sleek and cool, but also fun? This whole thing says, "I am a successful woman at the top of my field and also I have some REALLY good gossip to tell you." (Aisha Tyler is OFTEN found at Drinks With Broads, I think.)

And this outfit is vaguely bizarre when taken at face value -- a leather double-breasted blazer over a lace skirt? -- but she ALSO looks very cool in it. (Both Kat and Aisha wisely accessorizing with cool sunglasses, also.)

This dress was supposed to be even sheerer than it actually is on Jaime, and despite the lingering Spanxian touches...she is really REALLY working this. You can really tell when someone on the red carpet used to be a successful model.

This is from that Calvin Klein collection that I was merely lukewarm on, and while I stand by my feeling that this dress looks as if it were made of Fruit Roll-Ups, it's also WAY cuter on her than I would have anticipated. So, carry on, Olivia Cooke!

Lena Waithe just has really great personal style, I think. In the truest sense of the term -- she has great style and it's very much her own. She might work with a stylist, but she always looks like she dressed herself.

Jenna Ortega is a Disney Channel star -- she also plays Young Jane on Jane the Virgin (she is good casting for a younger Gina Rodriguez) -- and this dress is SOOOOO CUTE. I do not, at the moment, have a credit for it.

Yes, this is pants with a train and I actually think it's really pretty cool on her. My only note is that I wish her stylist had done something more interesting with her shoes (other than opt for SUPER HIGH ones).

And this is a sort of unusually sweetly pretty OdlR number on Sofia, who -- as well all know -- is prone to more of the va va va voom looks (which she wears well). It's charming on her! On Matches Fashion (where it is for sale), they're showing it with lower heeled gold sandals, and I think they are right? But overall...this whole premiere was weirdly soothing.
