The DIRECTV Premiere Event For The Fifth And Final Season Of "Damages"

I like how the PR for this is all, "the fifth and FINAL" season of Damages. In other words: if you love Mean Glenn Close, GET HER WHILE YOU STILL CAN. Or, at least, buy that DVD of Fatal Attraction. IT has the benefit of having a ton of hilarious 80s-era details in it, like answering machines in cars and enormous cell phones and perms. Oh, right, Jenna: no one loves shorts like Jenna Elfman. These do not match her shirt. That being said, her haircut is really cute.

REALLY CUTE. Do NOT let me cut my hair, you guys. I will not look like this and I will complain the whole time. Also: this dress is cute, and I like her shoes. I wish she were wearing a bracelet, but I love bracelets. I love them like I love cutting my hair off and then wishing I hadn't done that.

I had no idea there even WAS a new season of Damages, not to mention that Jenna Elfman has a job on it. I like that show -- Glenn Close is so delectably MEAN on it --but it's hard to keep up with its ebbs and flows when I never actually watch the DirecTV channel (other than when it aired Friday Night Lights, of course. Clear eyes, full hearts, etc). But it starts Wednesday! And Ryan Phillipe is on it! WHO KNEW? Let's look at Jenna Elfman promoting it. [Photos: Getty]
