Carrie Underwood in LaBourjoisie

Carrie hardly ever wears labels I've heard of, and I'll say it again: WHY? Not that there's anything wrong with advancing the lesser-knowns, but she never wears GOOD stuff by them that would actually help their careers. It's vexing. I also want her to declare that she will not wear blush tulle and/or metallics for a year. A full calendar year.

It looks like fishbones when you see it like this.

She is WAY better at sparkly mini-dresses. By a hearty measure.

Hillary Scott in Proenza Schouler

Her shoes tie in with her earrings, and I appreciate the attempt to shake up the color story, but WOW am I not into this dress. The fabric could've worked in twelve other cuts, but no, they went with the knots. It's knot landing, y'all. ZING.

Kelsea Ballerini in Monique Lhuillier

This is quite lovely. Or, more accurately, I'm not sure how much I actually like the dress itself, but it's perfect on a young up-and-comer -- or I guess by now she's arrived -- and it looks sweet on her in a way that I mean as a compliment.

In ????

So of course she changed into a Cirque du Soleil costume for her performance, because WHY would we ever want to keep a good thing going.

Miranda Lambert in Steven Khalil

Wow. Her bronzer/self-tanner/whatever on her face and chest actually looks like dirt in some places. I want to send her a loofah. The dress could've been pretty, but somehow it just sits on her apathetically.

Faith Hill in Michael Kors

She looks quite good. Is that belt a touch too thick for this? Does that make it too casual somehow?

Savannah Chrisley

So Chrisley DOESN'T know best, then? (HACKY. I know. Also, she's not even the titular Chrisley on that show, but... I don't even really know what a Chrisley is.)

David Copperfield

Since when is his hair so... robust?

Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town

Listen, when you dabble with witchcraft, sometimes you make your own opacity disappear. (Do not sleep on her ENORMOUS turquoise bracelet though. I have decided it's an amulet and she's a shapeshifter.)

Lauren Daigle

I might be into this is if it hadn't turned sheer. I might, in fact, be into it even so.

Maren Morris

That... could be worse? Her foot looks REALLY dirty so maybe between her and Miranda, the lights are the problem.

I am STILL unsure if that's pants or a dress. I THINK it's a dress that's just really feeling its own slit?

If Planet Kardashia had cheerleaders, they might wear this.

I just wanted to share what is THE LOUDEST BACKDROP I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Carrie, Miranda, Kelsea, Faith, and The Rest of the ACMs

There is a SERIOUS bracelet herein.
