Florence had just busted out a BIG fashion moment the night before, so maybe that's part of why it appealed to her to go in such a different direction here. (Also, when you attend on a winner's arm -- as she did with Piccioli; she also presented to him, so clearly they knew who was winning -- you probably do what they want.) Red never blends into a same-colored backdrop or carpet as much as black does, which I'm glad of, because BOY is this event crimson. I like the idea of this on her, and that it's very different than what she's done lately...

... but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this doesn't fit. Or rather, perhaps, that it's cut to be boob-oozy like this and boob-oozy isn't my jam. The front looks more like an apron: really just there to manage things, and not designed for full-coverage.

From the side it looks like those straps are itching to slide off.

But from this angle, much lovelier.
