That pattern is like a metallic ode to Thneeds, but I don't mind it on her? It's interesting.

Whereas this is pretty dull, and I'm bored of being able to see bras underneath things. It messes up the lines of the dress.

I like her jacket, and she's still got most of the super long hair! Crystal Gayle's very very long hair was one of the first celebrity facts I ever remember knowing. I had to have been 4 or 5. We were living in Houston, so that may explain why we had the odd Crystal Gayle cassette kicking around despite no one in my family being a particular country fan.

This feels half-baked. But she was about to change anyway; apparently while rehearsing the opening number, she complimented Dolly Parton's pants and said she wanted to find something like them, and Dolly literally just GAVE HER THE PANTS. I love you, Dolly. You give and give.
