This kinda made me laugh. Stewart was named Stylist of the Year, and her long-time client Julia (Julia!!!!!) was named Style Icon, so them going matchy-matchy makes sense beyond just being a funny visual gag. (Stewart also styles Cate Blanchett, Gal Gadot, Jessica Chastain, Viola Davis, and Amanda Seyfried -- she is for sure worthy of that nod. I'd give it to her for Cate's SPECTACULAR paint-by-numbers dress at Cannes alone. When I die, I want Cate to appear in that gown to escort me to...you know. Wherever I end up.)

I'm just always gonna love this for how LOUD it is. (I also have so many thoughts about Meredith on Grey's, you guys -- like, for example, obviously when she finally leaves the show it will be to go off to Switzerland to be a surgeon with Cristina, right? RIGHT? Can we get a reboot on Netflix called Grey and Yang? PLEASE, Shonda. This year has been hard!)

Laura Brown is, of course, the EiC of InStyle, and she looks SUPER in this. It's very Chic Boss, and the red lip and red manicure just sell it. I want to look like this when I go in to my job, frankly. (I am wearing jeans and an old grey tee shirt today instead.)

I don't know if I'd like this dress on anyone else, but she carries it perfectly -- it's ideal for her age.

This is custom and I am bummed that it looks sort of half-assed. Maybe that is why Rebel put on those glasses -- so that her accessories would do some extra work in the Department of Snazz that her dress has neglected.

I think this is a tiny bit short. Not because she can't carry it off -- obviously, she can -- but because I think it would be a little bit chicer with like a teeeeeeny bit more skirt. Not a lot more skirt. Actually, I take that back: Either with a teeeeeny bit more skirt or like a LOT more skirt, but not a medium amount more skirt.

The issue with wearing all black in front of a black step-and-repeat is that it makes you look like you're just a floating head and one well-sculpted arm.

I LOVE this on her. It's so shiny -- and her makeup is gorgeous. It might be a personal best on her for me?
