As far as she goes, I have to laugh at HOW MUCH SHE LOVES THIS COAT-DRESS DRESS-COAT. She has this McQueen in like three barely different colors. Oh my god, she's obsessed with a boat-neck. SHE DIES FOR BOAT-NECKS. Having said that: I personally die for this Dior. IT'S SO GOOD. The shoes on both duchesses are a bit Zzzzz, but what are you gonna do at this point? [I will point out that Meghan's are apparently custom?](https://meghansmirror.com/product/bespoke-christian-dior-suede-heels/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) Which? They're...beige suede shoes? Harrod's has a ton! (My guess is Dior just plonked a pair of custom shoes in the bag with the rest of this look, since the bag is ALSO bespoke Dior and it's just a norms clutch, and it wasn't a thing where, like, Bespoke Beige Shoes were requested as much as they simply ARRIVED.) This is a huge hit for me. I'm not sure that Beatrice and Eugenie (for example) ever would have been at this event anyway -- Kate IS a patron of the RAF Cadets, and Harry and Wills are officers, and the girls have no affiliation to the RAF. Edward's and Sophie's kids James and Louise are too young, you could argue, and of course Anne decided not to give her kids titles at all (and Zara is home with a very wee baby right now). However, I do think Charles looked around at this set up and thought, "almost there. ALMOST THERE. SOON THIS WILL BE ALL MINE. MWHAHAHAHAHAH."
