I VAGUELY wish this didn't have the train element to it, but basically Amal looks AMAZING and our erstwhile intern looks very suave and handsome. I had a lot of work to do this weekend, George, THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP. (I decided George's yellow tie and pocket quare are a shout-out to Harry's Yellow Waistcoat of Yore.)

So, Heather and I -- as you know! -- are in Windsor and were on The Long Walk for the Wedding yesterday, and they were showing the arrivals and ceremony on big TV screens. When Idris and his fiancee arrived, I MAY HAVE screamed, "HEATHER IT'S IDRIS ELBA!!!!" I regret nothing. I was merely screaming what the rest of the attendees felt in thir hearts.
Serena Williams (in Versace) and Alexis Ohanian
Also looking dreamy: Ms Serena Williams (who looked SPECTACULAR at the evening party, which I'm going to try to cover later, depending on the pics we get). She looks glorious in this. Alexis looked SO SMITTEN with her the entire time; he was like the heart-eyes emoji. (Also, if you don't follow her on Instagram, you should. It's delightful and it's got SO MUCH Cute Baby Content.) Oprah in Stella McCartney
Speaking of Stella, per Gayle, Oprah realized when she got to the wedding that her dress was, in her mind, too white to wear to a wedding and had McCartney whip her something up in like two hours. And for a rush job, this is pretty dang good. (It is helped by the fact that no one wears Fashion Glasses like Oprah does.)
Abigail Spencer (in Alessandra Rich) and Priyanka Chopra (in Vivienne Westwood)
I LOVE Abigail Spencer -- and she was seated next to Serena at the ceremony and seemed to spend the entire time with a look on her face that said, "CAN I TALK TO SERENA? I WANT TO TALK TO SERENA. WHAT DO I SAY TO SERENA?!?!" -- but she looks a bit like she's in costume on Timeless here. (I think it might be the hat.) Priyanka, on the other hand, looks like SHE is in costume for the original flavor of Dynasty. She is SO GORGEOUS but this is perhaps slightly dowdy?
Carey Mulligan in Erdem and Marcus Mumford
I continue to have a really hard time recognizing Blonde Carey Mulligan, which is why I said, "oh, that lady looks pretty" when I saw her from 100 feet away on a giant TV screen. She really does, though!
Gina Torres in Costarellos
Gina Torres, a Suits co-star, also looks glorious -- this dress is divine. I don't know if I would have gone Full Fashion Fedora, but this is basically a hit as far as I am concerned. (You can still buy it, too!)

Yes, we've entered the Suits portion of this slideshow. It's lovely to me how close Meghan must have been with most of her castmates -- they ALL came out, and they've all been incredibly discreet throughout her courtship with Harry. He is still distractingly hot; Jacinda's Boob Bermuda Triangle makes me laugh, but that dress is pretty on her.

Speaking of rather fab: This frock on James Blunt's wife. (Did you know that James Blunt guarded the Queen Mum's coffin when she was laying in state when he was in the military? I learned this yesterday.)

Lady Kitty is Earl Spencer's eldest, and she looks STUNNING in this.
Cressida Bonas
Cressida looks quite peppy and is wearing a VERY jovial dress to her ex's wedding (which is as it should be, of course. She's also apparently gone back to the man she was dating prior to Harry, whose name is ALSO Harry).
Chelsy Davy
And Chelsy looks quite fetching -- she looked ROUGH at Wills and Kate's wedding, as I recall (in a "WOW, we had a great time celebrating this last night" kind of way) -- and that's likewise as it should be. She did spend the wedding looking vaguely STRICKEN, though, so I just assumed that the words IT COULD HAVE BEEN ME!!! were running through her head on a loop.
