You might remember him from Chicago Med, or, judging by this outfit, a daytime Regatta Gala. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14049213u-1692036950.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Nacion/Shutterstock (14049213u) Colin Donnell 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 Did Roy Scheider wear yellow glasses like this, or is he just being quirky? ## Alex Brightman ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14050010y-1692036998.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gregory Pace/Shutterstock (14050010y) Alex Brightman 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 Alex rose to prominence in the Jack Black role when "School of Rock" hit Broadway. He's great in it. What a fun way to stretch himself -- here, he's playing Dreyfuss. ## Ian Shaw ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14050010f-1692037011.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gregory Pace/Shutterstock (14050010f) Ian Shaw, son of Robert Shaw who starred in the original 1975 blockbuster film 'Jaws' 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 And this is Ian, the co-playwright who's also appearing as his own dad. ## LaChanze ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14050010dx-1692036890.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gregory Pace/Shutterstock (14050010dx) LaChanze 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 I don't know if she's involved in producing this, or not -- she is VERY successful in that arena -- but it's nice to see her here, even if I wish I could also see her feet. ## James Monroe Iglehart ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14050010cm-1692036922.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gregory Pace/Shutterstock (14050010cm) James Monroe Iglehart 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 He looks very dashing. ## Nikki M. James 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 Her dress is maybe a little Spongebob for me, but the shoes rock. ## Stephen Amell, Cassandra Jean ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14050010di-1692037050.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gregory Pace/Shutterstock (14050010di) Stephen Amell and Cassandra Jean 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 They were in town to support Colin Donnell, I think? Which is when they also hit the picket lines. I feel like he always looks exactly this thrilled to be anywhere. ## Tuc Watkins and Andrew Rannells ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14050010eh-1692037024.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gregory Pace/Shutterstock (14050010eh) Tuc Watkins and Andrew Rannells 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 These two were off each other's IGs for a while but are now back on, so I don't know if they broke up and then reunited, or just went low-key. I am weirdly invested in them because Andrew is so talented, and I loved Tuc on *One Life To Live* as David Vickers. ## Marina Squerciati and Christian Slater ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14050010cv-1692036937.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gregory Pace/Shutterstock (14050010cv) Marina Squerciati and Christian Slater 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 IMDb couldn't show any titles these two had been in together. I love when worlds cross -- in this case, the Chicago P.D. and Mr. Robot universes. Her shirt is neat, and I wish it existed in whole dress form. ## Duncan Henderson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14049213fg-1692036974.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Nacion/Shutterstock (14049213fg) Duncan Henderson 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 He played Roy Scheider when the play debuted in 2019, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I wonder if it's weird to hand off a role and watch the play flourish -- someone else played it in the interim, in London and Toronto. ## Coby Getzug ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14049213af-1692036988.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Nacion/Shutterstock (14049213af) Coby Getzug 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 These are deeply serious. ## Orfeh ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2023/08/shutterstock_editorial_14050010de-1692036904.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gregory Pace/Shutterstock (14050010de) Orfeh 'The Shark Is Broken' Broadway Opening Night, New York, USA - 10 Aug 2023 WELL.
