You know I love a slideshow full of EGREGIOUS fashion choices, so on that level, the Time 100 party is a bummer -- but the thing is, I also LIKE so many of these people that I'm thrilled to see them glammed up and looking fantastic. So I guess it's a win either way, and this one is more of a feel-good situation, which is never unwelcome. Zendaya! Simu Liu! Quinta Brunson killing it! You'll be pleased.
