Jessica Chastain in Gucci

This is a really pretty dress, with a striking necklace, and also for some reason I got weirdly fixated on her makeup? I think it's because the first photo I saw of her, which is not either of these, made it look clumsy and weird -- I endeavored to find one with perhaps better lighting? Maybe it's just a shade or two too tan for her?

Jessica Chastain

Also, in these photos she looks so much like Bryce Dallas Howard to me, which reminds me of that Internet conspiracy that she's Ron Howard's secret love child. Sometimes people just look alike, Internet! However, if for some wild reason that turns out to be true, I hope they both STAR in the movie about it, which he can direct, with the full love and blessing of all their family members. (To be clear, I do not think it's true.)

Danielle Pinnock

"Where am I going to put her?" I wondered. "This is somewhere between yellow and orange!" ET VOILA: A post with yellow and orange. She looks great, although the bodice stitching is not my fave.

Crystal Lucas-Perry

Speaking of great! She was up for Featured Actress for the play Ain't No Mo', did not win, but seemed to have the time of her life nonetheless.

To wit: She WORKED that skirt.

Uzo Aduba

This is how I learned Uzo is pregnant! I am so excited for her. We interviewed her once before her first Emmys, and she was the nicest. I want more for her than this barely glorified bra, but as long as she's comfortable and supported, then great. And hey, that color is awesome on her, so there's a win.

Her hubby Robert Sweeting is also very handsome.

LaChanze in Pistis Ghana

LaChanze had a GREAT night: She produced both Topdog/Underdog and Kimberly Akimbo, which won their categories. Her dress is fantastic. She's hitting on all cylinders.

Tony the Tiger

Tony's red bow tie has always been a bold statement against his orange fur. And, his suit fits and did not wrinkle. However, his terrible marketing idea and lack of care for the conventions of punctuation absolutely befit a feline with the glowing yellow eyes of a rotting Sith Lord.

He DID at least seem happy to be there.

He also, presumably, enjoyed lying in wait for Dylan Mulvaney in the foliage, like some kind of creepy-ass stalker.

DYLAN. RUN. HE'S COMING FOR YOU.

This looks like one of those photos that TMZ patches together to illustrate a story where two celebs are either dating or feuding. In this case, I BELIEVE Frosted Flakes and Dylan -- she of the Bud Light campaign that enraged the bigots -- might be working together.

Oh, Tony, you can't lie around there all night accepting laurels -- you have fake cereal bowls to promote.

Yes, Tony the Tiger DID Go to the Tonys

What a tie-in.
