First of all, this is the most confident and happy she has ever looked on the red carpet, which is great. She seems like she LOVES this dress and that can carry a lot. It is objectively a weird dress, but it's weird in a way that I really like. (It reminds me of a dress Cate Blanchett has worn, which was also weird but in a good way.)
