The Unforgettable Gala honors Asian Pacific Islanders in the arts, and while it was perhaps not as sartorially robust an evening [as last year's](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/sandra-oh-and-simu-liu-headed-up-the-honorees-at-the-unforgettable-gala-12-2021/), it DID include these two dishes and Simu Liu together in an extremely attractive picture. And that's a pretty great way to get through a Monday.
