Zac has such an eye for prints and patterns. I think this is lovely on her, even WITH the midriff cutouts, which look a tiny bit like her dress is open-mouth laughing. (But cutely.) She mentioned at one point that she had to stop working out and just lie around resting, and that she'd get really discouraged every day watching her muscle tone disappear because it made her feel like she wasn't her strongest. First, girl, you are strong in all ways. But also... your abs look nice and strong to me and I hope you are very proud of what your body has survived. Be well!

I'm feeling the plummy lipstick AND color of the dress. Do we think it needed metallic shoes, though, rather than matching ones? (Those DO match, right?)

I don't have a credit for this as of this writing. I wonder if it will turn out to be Christian Siriano, given his current penchant for half-suits.

I like this on her, but -- you know where I'm going -- the lipstick needs more drama. We're in an era where dark lips are HAPPENING. Give yourself some.

And does that need hemming? With the big long sleeves hanging down, the skit could stop above her knees and not need a giant slit, right? I'm going with YES.

This feels about right. I'm not into the bangs on her, though.

Somewhere, a stylist is shrieking, "NOOOO! I SENT YOU THE DRESS TO GO OVER THAT."
