Sarah Hyland has long struggled with her kidneys -- she had a transplant in 2012 -- and earlier this year suffered a couple health setbacks, which she discussed on Instagram after her followers started dishing out some vicious heat about her weight (a great example of how none of us should ever assume we have anyone's full medical story). She also missed the SAG Awards due to it. So it's sincerely great to see Sarah back on the circuit, and looking happy. We're pulling for you, kid. And we like what you're wearing.
