We saw [so much sheer action at the Met Gala last week](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/met-gala-2021-olivia-rodrigo-made-her-debut-in-a-sheer-ode-to-sandy-from-grease-09-2021/) that I REALLY thought tonight was going to be a sheer-fest! But no! I wonder what happened -- perhaps sheers are no longer in as much circulation among actors? The rest of the year will tell the tale. Speaking of tales, I think this selection of looks also has the only Dolce & Gabbana look at this year's Emmys? I also wouldn't have predicted *that.*
