The People's Choice Awards maybe need to throw this party at a less busy time of the year. It's not that NOBODY came, but there was a concentration of winners that didn't, and this is a show that absolutely alerts people in advance. Taylor Swift's tour schedule can't be helped, obviously, but other no-shows included Travis Kelce (he won Athlete of the Year for obvious reasons, and even he expressed disbelief) Jennifer Lawrence, Olivia Rodrigo, Selena Gomez, Bad Bunny, Khloe Kardashian, Jenna Ortega, *and* Pedro Pascal, probably among several others. Jennifer Aniston bailed on the red carpet but showed up inside, a photo we don't have available to us in our sub, but I promise, she's in a little black dress and looks exactly as you imagine. And in general it's such a weird, rigged-feeling situation -- like, tell me how Drama Show of the Year is the *Last of Us*, and Comedy Show of the Year is *Only Murders in the Building*, but Show of the Year overall is... neither of them? That honor went to *Grey's Anatomy*, whose cast CLEARLY knew or else would not have shown up in nearly its entirety. SHRUG.
