I quite like this dress, in theory, but deeply wish it had been cut to have an ACTUAL slit, rather than a quarter of the skirt missing.

I THINK this one wins the height challenge, because we can see the merest hint of pubis. The gown looks like a Disney priness who fell out of her carriage and had to hitchhike back to the castle.
