You might recall Bilal Hassani from [Eurovision 2019](https://www.gofugyourself.com/featured/eurovision-2019-somehow-the-netherlands-won?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), where Bilal represented France and came in around the middle of the pack. (I should pause to note that Bilal's Instagram says that Bilal uses she/he pronouns, a combination I had not come across before -- I have seen she/they and he/they, though, so I guess these would be used similarly within a sentence?) Bilal is in Cannes right now for its TV festival, wearing a gown that is absolutely Cannesian: The left side is alluringly, dramatically Katniss Everdeen...
