Sigh. Facially, as ever, she is a delight but truly did we need an askew puffy shirt? This truly looks as if Mandy has agreed to be the model for her friend in design school, and when she showed up, they realized that the sleeves on this assignment were JACKED UP and Mandy was like, "don't freak out. I can sell this!"

Chrissy Metz

This dress is SO CUTE. (It's this Eloquii dress.) She looks super here.

Ron Cephas Jones

Ron looks dapper -- long live the pocket square!

Sterling K Brown

He continues to look like he's in costume for Hamilton; having said that, I would ABSOLUTELY pay for tickets to see SKB in Hamilton, so....

Justin Hartley

Reasonable! Handsome! Fine!

Chris Sullivan

Speaking of reasonable, this is very good on him and he's usually wearing, like, a romper covered in dinosaurs. Whoever took over styling Chris Sullivan: Your work is good.

Milo Ventimiglia

Milo continues his slow transformation into young Rupert Everett. (Not a bad thing.)

Susan Kelechi Watson

And she is a babe, as usual, but I might have done a patterned shoe, just to give this a little daytime vibe?
