This is from Brandon Maxwell's latest Resort collection -- which is our next post of the day, in fact! -- and BOY do I want to like it, but when I look at the boob part, I feel like I'm staring at it through a fish-eye lens, or one of those wonky Instagram filters. It's giving me a headache.

## Chrissy Metz

I like this pattern, but find it overwhelming on her, and would prefer this at a tea length.

## Caitlin Thompson

She plays Madison, and she's FINE on the show, but I kept wondering how her character became so central to the show despite her portrayal feeling a little flat and her having ZERO chemistry with Justin Hartley. Then I looked her up, and she's married to the show creator. No shade, but it may explain why he LIKES Madison a lot more than I think viewers do? I am neutral-to-disinterested in her, generally. He had more chemistry with the actress who plays Lily in the AT&T commercials, who did a very short and weird arc as a playwright (and who, for the record, I think is good in the AT&T commercials). Anyway, Caitlin looks pretty here, though I vote for a bit more visible shoe.

This is the drive-by photo booth I mentioned. Seriously, that's for fans, right? Fans who have already considered the show enough to show up to a screening and participate willingly in a drive-by photo booth, but who do not actually have anything to do with the Emmys? Maybe they directed all the traffic through this first.
