I would love to see her in a more angular bob -- I think the softness here is because her hair is pinned up -- and also with a less-busy outfit. There's a LOT going on, from the necktie and shirt to what looks like a raincoat dress, to a bomber jacket... we don't have a sense of how this looks in a real way. But I DEFINITELY think she should look into it.
